1. selecting a brand

What qualifies as a brand? What are low risk categories (regulatory, safety, quality risks)? How do you create a unique selling proposition? How do you do basic research to determine how to move forward with a product/brand?

2. From Concept to Source

Overview of domestic and international sourcing, research starting points, why benchmarking can make you more profitable, and the role and importance in packaging.

3. Contracting a Factory & Your First Shipment

Testing, factory audits, and logistics overview. Things to consider: tariffs, safety and compliance, and sample development.

4. List and Promote Your Product

Create your Amazon listing, develop quality packaging, inserts, and lifestyle images, and manage your sponsored ads.

5. Re-order, In-Stock, and Wrap up

Strategies for implementing in-stock management for ocean freight replenishment, options/cash flow for warehouse storage in the US with a focus on 3-4 weeks cover at Amazon, inspections, compliance program, and feedback & performance management.

What’s Included?

All participants are guided through the identical product development process used with our existing “done for you” clients. This guidance is provided by our product development team, all former Amazonians, who performed the same role(s) at Amazon.

You will be provided a dedicated project manager and access to our closed Facebook page for Design, Develop, and Launch in order to connect with fellow participants. You will also be given your own Teamwork login in order to collaborate on your project, track progress and milestones, and interact with our product development team.

All participants are guided through each step of the process as we reach it, allowing you to gain maximum benefits of the program by learning and doing!

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I required to work with Cascadia Seller Solutions for consulting if I’m a participant?

No, you’re not. You are free to use as much or as little support from us as you feel is necessary to be successful in launching your branded products. However, if you aren’t experienced with product development, we require that you have a coach before working through the launch process.

What is your refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a community of committed, learning, active members. If you are not thrilled with the group or are not enjoying the experience, then we are happy to provide a refund.

Can I upgrade after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. Just contact Christina or Rachel, and they’ll provide you the information you need to upgrade to the next level of participation.

What are your qualifications to teach this course?

All of the consultants offering consultation and training in the Mastermind course are former Amazon employees, all but two of whom worked on Amazon’s own brands, including Amazon Basics. In total, the team members have over 80 years of Amazon experience. Rachel Greer leads efforts at Cascadia to develop and market branded products for Cascadia’s own brands.

The guided launch course is full, what can I do if I wanted guided help?

Please write to Rachel to be added to the waiting list. Because of capacity constraints with existing projects, we can only do 15 guided launch participants along with the course. As space opens within the consulting team, you will be contacted and let know that you can start working with the consulting team to do your own guided launch.
